Daisy Pitcher
INGREDIENTS
(Serves 2 to 4)
- 8-12 Mint Leaves
- 8-12 Basil Leaves
- 4 Wedges Pink Grapefruit
- A Few Slices of Cucumber
- 100ml Black Robin Rare Gin
- 40ml Lemon Honey and Ginger Syrup
- 100ml Sauvignon Blanc
METHOD
Slap and roll the basil and mint to release the aroma. Squeeze the citrus into a pitcher, add the cucumber, herbs, liquids and spirits and then fill with ice.
Top the pitcher with soda and swizzle to stir the ingredients. Garnish some small serving cups with ice and edible flowers and serve.
