INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Black Robin Rare Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 30ml Apple Juice
- Cucumber
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- Cracked pepper (2 turns)
METHOD
Muddle mint and cucumber, add all other ingredients, shake and double strain into cold martini glass, garnish with cucumber fan and basil & mint leaf.
